傘から、CASAへ
CASA PROJECTとは、不用になった「傘」を新しく生まれ変わらせるプロジェクトです。
私たちのまわりには、壊れたり忘れられたりして、不用になってしまった傘が溢れています。
それらは一見するとただのゴミですが、少し見方を変えると、とても魅力的な材料であることに気づきます。
CASA PROJECTの一番の目的は、身近にあるもので工夫して「自分でつくる」ことを楽しむこと。
そのために、「つくってみたい！」と思えるものを、様々な角度から提案しています。
一人ひとりが必要以上にモノを買うことをやめ、生活に必要なものを自分でつくるようになれば…
クリエイティブでサステナブルな未来がきっと見えてくるはずです。

From Umbrella to "CASA"
The CASA PROJECT is a "Project to bring life back into umbrellas that are no longer needed.
("CASA" means umbrella in Japanese.)
There are lots of umbrellas that have become waste because they are broken or have been forgotten.
At first glance, they are just waste. However, from a different angle, it will come into view as a new material.
Therefore, in the CASA PROJECT, we take out the best materials of the old umbrellas.
We have been holding workshops to share the experience of creating.
The primary motive of the CASA PROJECT is to enjoy the 'do it yourself' method, and get creative with what we already have.
We believe that in the future, if people are creative and self sustaining, they will have no need to buy unnecessary things,
and can make the things they need in life, by themselves.
